Yes. We deliver across the UAE using Quiqup, and we plan to start delivering to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries soon.
Yes. Our cutting boards and wooden objects are handcrafted in our Dubai workshop by The Makers Society team.
Yes. We offer personalized engraving and bespoke options for individuals and businesses.
We do our best to keep a minimum quantity ready to ship, but some pieces may need time to be produced. If so, please allow up to 10 working days for production, plus delivery time.
Yes. Digital gift cards start from AED 150 and can be used on eligible products and experiences through our website.
Store credit cashback programme
Earn store credit when you shop, learn, or book eligible services with The Makers Society. Qualifying purchases earn 5% back as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases on our website.
When you make a qualifying purchase on the TMS website, you earn 5% of the order subtotal back as store credit. The credit is added to your Rise wallet after your order is fulfilled and can be used toward future purchases.
Cashback is calculated on the order subtotal only, excluding shipping, taxes, and additional charges.
The minimum order value is AED 200. Orders below AED 200 do not earn cashback.
Yes. Cashback is capped at AED 300 per order.
Qualifying orders below AED 6,000 earn the full 5% cashback amount. Orders above AED 6,000 are capped at AED 300.
Cashback may be earned on eligible purchases such as:
- Individual classes and workshops
- Consumables and materials
- Resident Programme memberships
- Standard website orders of AED 200 or more
Some purchases, such as full-price Modular Pathway enrolments, may be eligible for manual store credit issuance after confirmation by our team.
For most eligible orders, store credit is added automatically once your order is fulfilled.
For manual credit issuances, such as full-price Modular Pathway enrolments, credit is issued by the team within 3 business days after confirmation.
You can check your balance through your customer account or through the Rise wallet widget on the TMS website.
Yes. Store credit expires 90 days from the date it is issued.
If you earn credit from more than one order, each credit amount has its own 90-day expiry period. Expired credit is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Yes. Store credit can be used toward purchases on the TMS website at checkout.
The AED 200 minimum applies to earning new cashback. It does not apply to using credit already available in your wallet.
Yes. You can choose to use all or part of your available store credit at checkout.
No. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred to another person, or applied retroactively to a completed order.
Yes. Resident Programme memberships can earn cashback when purchased at full price.
If a graduate discount or staff-applied discount has been used, cashback is not issued on that order.

The AED 300 cap applies to higher-value orders. Plans below that threshold earn the full 5% naturally.
If you join a Resident plan using a graduate discount applied by our team, cashback is not issued on that order.
If you purchase a Resident plan at full price, cashback applies as normal.
Full-price Modular Pathway enrolments may receive AED 300 store credit, issued manually by our team after confirmation.
Modular Pathway enrolments purchased using a graduate discount code do not earn cashback.

Cashback cannot be combined with other discounts, staff-applied offers, or promotional campaigns unless clearly stated by The Makers Society.
