Policy: Programs are non-refundable. One free reschedule is allowed if requested more than 24 hours before the session. Further changes, or changes within 24 hours, incur an AED 150 rebooking fee. Missed sessions / no-shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Minimum age and prerequisites apply.
